From Disassembly to Final Assembly

Disassembly is just the first step. Once the cylinder is apart, our technicians inspect every component, document wear and damage, and provide you with a detailed repair estimate.

   Cylinder received, logged, and assessed for disassembly requirements. Overhead crane positions the cylinder safely.

   Disassemble

   Our 50,000 ft-lb machine breaks seized threads, corroded glands, and over-torqued end caps that standard tools can't handle.

   Inspect & Quote

   Every component inspected and measured. Detailed findings, photos, and repair recommendations provided before any work begins.

   Machine & Rebuild

   Machining, fabrication, seal replacement, and reassembly all happen in-house in our integrated machine shop.

   Test & Verify

   Rebuilt cylinder is pressure-tested to OEM specifications before it leaves our facility.
